The activity “Clean my school” was organised by the teachers for the Eco club students on 4-11-17 Saturday, so as to create awareness on cleanliness amongst students. Students were organised into four groups and each group was allotted with a particular area with brooms and bins.
Children enthusiastically started to clean the campus by picking bits of papers, dried sticks, flowers, small stones etc. They swept certain places which required. Waste was collected up in the bins. Children cleaned their hands and went back to their classes. Piled up bins were taken by sub staff to segregate the waste and it was disposed. The children were appreciated for volunteering.
Children and teachers were proud of their activity which left the school ground and campus spic and span.
