Project day 2023-24 was celebrated for two days - 8/12/23 and 9/12/23 on the topic “Caves”- SPELUNKERS.
Mr Arun Raja, the Managing Trustee of Yaakai Heritage Trust graced the occasion with his presence on 8/12/2023. He visited all the classes and appreciated students' hardwork and their research work and displays.
He shared his knowledge about Archaeology and its impact in future to the students in the official program. Emerging writers of our school from grades 3 to 12 were appreciated for their work on Author Illustration. Their works were published as books in two categories- Primary and Secondary, by our Chief Guest.
As a part of Project Day, students brainstorm about their topic before one and half months to showcase their knowledge on the topic. During their preparation time, students had guest lectures, learners to leaders program and feel trip to Pathimalai cave.
On the second day- 9/12/2023, the displays were open to parents. Art Exhibition also took place on the second day. Our emerging artists were recognised and appreciated by all the parents and visitors.
Thus the celebration enriched with diverse talents and creativity of the students.
