Humanities Department successfully conducted the shark tank on 6th March 2018 .The objective of Model Shark Tank is an initiative to encourage the young budding entrepreneurs (students) to come up with their fresh ideas and innovations and also provides them a platform to explore their marketing skills and potential of their product. Students were demonstrating and convincing the Panel of Sharks (Judges) for investments in their business proposals. First we had Shark hunt round in this Children had to present their PPT’s and pitch about their products to the sharks along with their business plan.2nd we had Shark bite round with question and answer grilling round by the Sharks .Seventeen teams of young BVM entrepreneur participated and presented their business ideas. Our young entrepreneurs got awards in following categories
1) Shark’s Favourite
2) The most powerful pitch
3) Most creative idea
4) Best presentation
We were honored to have Mrs. Priya Iyer, Mrs.Tinu Sunil and Mrs. Sudarkodi as our Sharks. We extent our special thanks to Mrs. Sudarkodi for sponsoring the awards and the certificates. We also Thank Mrs. Tinu Sunil for sponsoring one of the awards.
We are also glad to have parent’s representatives accompanying us to cheer up our students. Every child had participated with him/her full enthusiasm which made this show a grand success.
