The students of BVM Global @ Coimbatore celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi with immense joy and enthusiasm on Wednesday, 19th August 2020. On this occasion, we had the privilege of having Vocalist Mr.Bhavani .Kishore Kumar, born into a family of musicians who is at ease with various forms of music like Carnatic, light classical and devotional as our chief guest.
The program began with our school prayer. We had students to perform both vocal and instrumentation which was both a treat to both eyes and ears. First performance was by Ms.Charunetra whose performance on the veena was melodious. This was followed by Gokul who sang Telisi Rama. Master Jagannath’s rendition of Bhoopali raga on flute was a treat. Sahana’s song was bold and mesmerising that was followed by Master Sriram’s splendid performance on the keyboard for the song PrabhoGanapathe.
Janani’song Vishamakaarakannan was a foot tapping superlative performance. On the percussion we had Master Gokul perform on the mridangam. We also had Mahalakshmi and Sri Ranjani whose performance was splendid.
Our chief guest Mr.Bhavani Kishore explained about kritis to our students and sang a beautiful compostion. The program ended with MangalaAarthi.
